Although I don't know the intimate details of your system I would suggest spares of virtually everything. The exception would be the tanks and chemical hose. Our truck is fully equipped with Plano fishing tackle boxes that we store all our spare fittings, screws, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. We also carry two spare pumps and a extra battery.
Our extension poles are housed in a 10' section of 4" pvc tubing with a screw in end cap and clamped to the side of the ladder rack.
For tools we carry a tool bag with nut drivers, screw drivers, channel locks, adjustable wrench, wire brush, tin snips and wire ties.
I know this might sound like a lot. For me I'd rather carry these items on my truck than have to shut a job down and return later or the next day. Besides the additional cost associated with an issue like this there is an image cost in the eyes of the homeowner.
Aside from the sprayers for bleach wash and green wash
24' ladder, 33' ladder, 6' stepladder, 2 gallon pump sprayer that can spray bleach(I use to pretreat heavy stucco stains) 1 gallon F9 rust remover, 1 gallon roof snot, 1 gallon white vinegar(I mix 1:1 with water to remove dried on bleach on windows if we rinse bad), 1 gallon gutter grenade, 1 stiff bristle deck brush, 1 loaf brush (green bristles to clean gutters) extension pole to clean gutters, roof anchor, safety harness in a bucket, heavy gloves, eye protection - UV ones from Dewalt at lowes work good, Extra battery, buy a booster pump for rinsing, buy extra pieces of spray wand, for hoses get at least 2, hose y splitters, sweeper nozzle, spray bottles - the good ones to spray small section with rust remover, a reverisble window squeege with blade and terry cloth scrubber, rags, 2" painters tape to cover outlets, Spend time getting your marketing stuff together. The system is ac's new soft wash system with the pure water system added to it and yeah that's what I expected extra pumps is a must in my eyes also anything else I might need sorry to be vague

Hey Tim gotta give you an attaboy on the vinegar mix and don't forget spare safety glasses and gloves, eyewash, etc. but I'm sure you carry them anyway.
Plant wash, orange cones, bbb membership, small variety of tools, extra wands, hose clamps, quick changes, go with bleach wash for windows and air condensing units outside. Usually it is the second story window that get missed. Need distance, I use and old winded window washing system with BW mixed and spray 2 and 3rd stories, pre inspection form, rags for sweat, rubber boots can get nasty on some jobs. Lowes online white ones for $20, sun block if sunny makes your night much easier to sleep, we use old Walmart bags to wrap speakers and intercoms, might need small bags for exterior fans,
I would have to look at the truck to remember more.
Hope this helps
Extra pump too. Never know when it is gonna go out on ya.
Ladder stand off as well
I would get a small rope to use for pulling up wand if easy access from rear...never know. Plus cheaper harbor freight $1.99
Get some boxes of the gloves that AC has in picture. Don't use as much in summer but winter makes a huge difference and keeps heat in.
Go to queensboro.com and get some shirt. $10 with embroided logo
Ok I can go on forever. Start with what we have so far and then get back with me ill remember more by then
