Spray Wash cleaned this challenging condominium association. Tight quarters, lush landscaping, and a variety of surfaces that needed attention certainly made this a unique job! Some areas, such as the wooden walkway were downright dirty and algae covered to the point of dangerous, posing slip hazard to residents and guests.  

Project took crew of three 12 hours to complete.

Matt, 2% then rinsed at 1500-2000 psi
