Painful to watch. The whole system looks like the 3 stooges to me. I am too lazy (or smart...) to work that hard to get a roof clean.

The feedback I get from my customers and when we explain softwashing is yes, that is what I was looking for. They love the fact we chemically treat their roofs, not blast them with any kind of gadget.

At 1:13 I said to myself, I would have been done with that roof. What baffles me is the fact that someone could franchise that.

I wish I knew how to influence the local media to do a public service announcement with me to be able to debunk, expose, and deligitimize these guys in my area and truly "educate" potential customers in my community.

Perhaps if I can get together with some other true SW's in my area we could split the cost of an ad? I think it would still be expensive though, even split 3 ways. (not to mention my slashed tires) LOL
