Can anyone help me out with this one,I'm putting in a bib for softwashing a building surface ara24,960 sq ft and extended roof 2880 sq ft.Is there a way to find out how much chemical I may need to use to get the surface clean and % mix . It will be my first job if I get it so I'm asking for some help here.
Its a stucco surface, here are some pics of the building.
Nigel, whole building or just front and sides? Underside of the breezeways too, or just the upper front of the building?
Its hard to put and exact # on a building, a lot of variables can affect your solution...wind, temperature, siding material, etc.
I would guess I could handle that building at a 2% mix with 300 total gallons of mix ( if no roof was involved), but that number could vary by as much as 100 gallons either way.

I've got to tip my hat in respect to your courage Nigel. Going from cleaning your mom's metal roof as your first cleaning to bidding on a 28,000 sq. ft. job is the true definition of "Go big or go home!" As far as I'm concerned you earned the nickname of "Lionheart" in my book.
How did the after shots turn out to compare with the before pictures? I'd be interested to see them.
