Spray Wash cleaned the exterior of this parking deck on June 1. The exterior is an exposed aggregate limestone, which makes it very difficult to clean ( and nearly impossible to pressure wash!) Due to the aggregate, each square inch of surface has about 15 different "faces" and angles to hit. We cleaned the exterior with a 2% mixture, rinsed, reapplied, and then rinsed again. Later this week we will be attacking the graffiti with "Worlds Best Graffiti Remover". 

 

One day project, no pressure washer was used.

The only rust issues were inside on the I-beam support system. Those are being sandblasted and painted, so I didn't have to deal with it!
