Last week we were honored to do the Stucco Cleaning of this Houston Texas area home located in Clear Lake, Texas. The Stucco on this home is already damaged beyond repair, and the owners are involved in a lawsuit with the Contractor. Being able to guarantee that we would cause no more damage, or at the least, very minimal, by using our Soft Washing cleaning methods, we were chosen for the job.

I have to do a test area on an whole row of dryvit covered condos on the local golf course. The dryvit is very stained. It is discolored right up to about a foot of the eaves, and then it just stops with a reall jagged edge a the top.
I think the color is okay and I think it is just full of mold and staining.
What mix ratio should we use? I trust the chemicals, but just want to knock their socks off when we do the demo. Any other insider tips for this surface?
Then we can spend a couple weeks on the whole complex...

The worse the stains the stronger the mix I use. On this I used a 3%. My stucco, eifs, dryvit cleaning range between 2-3%. Water plants before, during, after. Just like a roof cleaning. Be patient and let the mix do its thing. Demo the dirtiest area you can find.
Looks great Doug. How'd you keep the mix off if the tile roof above the garage or did you clean it too?
We don't. We explain to the customer that the solution we use will clean the roof as well, if it is a small area, and will be seen by the public FROM THE STREET, we go ahead and clean it. The option of having the roof cleaned at the same time is always presented along with the price. If they choose to NOT have the roof cleaned, then they understand that the roof may have a "spot cleaned" or "streak" look to it. I can't tell you how many times customers have chosen NOT to have the roof done, only to call us back and clean it, at a higher price than if they had chosen to do it the first time.
