Very nice, Doug. You are quickly making the transition into a Preservation Contractor. F9 BARC could possibly one of the best ever formulations for Preservation Technology available. RESTORE WITHOUT DAMAGE~!
Guys, this niche needs to be filled. We gave out over $4,700 in leads to our Authorized Applicators last week in just 5 days. Our program won't be free forever and neither will the benefits of the program but is basically is NOW all you need to do is purchase a case, have a website and have the equipment to do the job.
Here's other bennys of our F9 TEAM program:
Free Training via videos, text, email and phone Free Business Listing Free "Piggy Backing" on our SEO Free crosslinking of your website and rust removal page Free marketing brochure Free list of who to sell/market to Free plan for networking with golf cart dealers
This will lead into other restoration jobs with F9 too.. including building restoration, possible historic building preservation and others. You're getting free leads to use our product. WHO could ask for more?
The first 100 F9 Contractors on our website get all these benefits for free. Most Preservation Consultants charge $60-$125 an hour for phone consultations alone...you get mine for free! There are people out there who need your help... Secure your position on our website!
Craig, I'm in. However, should I order from you direct or from a distribuor closer go me and perhaps save some money in freight? I am in Michigan.
Great, Jeff. Trust me you won't want to miss out on this. We have some really cool plans for F9! You can order from anyone you like. Paul Kassander is in Milwaukee @ powerwashstore.com.
Craig, I am also interested, we are now in the new website design phase and as soon as that is up and running we would love to be a partner.
Jim, get in now to secure your spot. I'll list you and get your SEO going so when you get your page up you'll be top spot within days. There are only about 20 spots left on the free ride before we'll need to charge for all of these services! It's OK if you don't have a website now as long as you have one up in a reasonable amount of time.
Here are pics from yesterday fertilizer rust renoval job. Thanks to the Front9 web site we are getting on average about 2 calls a week for rust removal.
Here is a quick siding rust removal we did yesterday. Got an extra $50 bucks on the job for a quick spray of F9 and 5 minutes of patience. We are using it as an add to the softwash and have been very successful in closing a few large homes that have rust/stains on siding and stucco. Here are some pics.
If your a UAMCC member check out our interview with Craig of Front 9 in the town hall of the forum. I wanted to let you all know that when you see those condensate drains from the ac unit leaving rust stains, this usually means the ac unit is damaged. You should tell your customers to have the blower unit checked. Many times the coil is rusting away causing the stain and signaling the end of the ac coils life. We treat all rust in this manner. We tell customers if they want rust removed, they need to also fix the source to prevent its return. This is true for metal railings, vents etc. and may lead to another service for you or your network.
No that is an add on that they want to do in the future. Just the siding. The homeowner did not really care because you can see the foundation after they plant shrubs. I have been getting an added charge for the foundation when we do the house if they want to remove the rust. Most people don't care because it is mostly visible in the back of the house due to the landscaping in the front. The others are just too cheap.

Looking good guys! By the way, it was great to meet you guys (who attended) at the Racenstein event. I'm looking forward to building F9 services within your companies!
hey john, what was your mix when you used it to remove that rust stain from vinly siding. im also getting calls to remove much larger stains from chimney caps that rust out roof shingles and vinly siding. how should i mix it then thanks
One part F9 to 3 parts water let it sit for about 3-4 minutes . Some of the deep ones might need a little second coating. We have been doing a light first coat and seeing what happens.
