Got a call yesterday to bid this bank building. I assumed it was a stucco/dryvet when I had drove past it previosly, but when I stopped today it's actualy like a hard plastic.. I assume I can clean this just like any other exterior with a 2%-5% mixture. Just wanted to get some opinions if others have dealt with this. Thanks
If I had to guess, I'd venture that the stucco was painted with a thick elastomeric type paint. It should clean up like any painted surface, but like Micheal Derose said, do a test area first.

Thanks for the input guys. I stopped in today and did a test spot. When I applied my solutions it beaded up like it had a wax on it. The solution didn't appear to penetrate the surface at all. It beaded up and ran off without any results. I got a call in to see what the heck this stuff is and what I can use to tackle it.
