Restored these pavers today with our F9 Hard Water Stain Remover. This will be available this summer. Then we went on to another job with oil and battery stains. For this we used EBC, pressure washed, then followed up with F9 BARC Rust Remover. Needless to say both customers were impressed and very satisfied! We use our Sirocco for water recovery when using our Hard Water Stain Remover so nothing goes down the storm drains.

Is this a major problem at most Country Club's?

Hi John,

In our area we have a lot of retirement communities with members who own their own golf carts. Yes, it is a big deal here and many HOA's actually will give tickets to their residents and make them clean it. Then, it's up to the homeowner to find a solution. We advertise in a number of HOA's and get a lot of work this way.

The hard water stains happen all over the place as well. This is a different application method and the calcium gets very slippery. Resorts get quite a few slip and fall situations. There is a measure of the COF (Coefficient of Friction) and the ADA (American Disability Act) states that the concrete must have a certain level of friction. Our process to remove these hazards is cost effective for these resorts and pays big bucks for us.

Craig, Could you post the pics again I do not see any and the link at the bottom is taking me to the UAMCC. Do you have any pics of rust removal from shingles with F9 ?
