I will be buying this product and testing it out. Please watch the video to learn more. It states that it is a Anti-Corrosion product. Im going to try it on all my tools and equipment along with boots and see how well it does.
I have looked at this stuff, looks like alot of work to apply to things Clean - Sand - spray(air compressor) - dry - spray(air compressor) - dry If your boots get a little wet on the bottom and you step on a ladder that is coated with this it looks like it could be a little dangerous. Just my thought.
Answer: The SE 7.6.110 formula’s longevity in use is susceptible to environmental conditions (UV / abrasion). This coating will generally last 2-8 months in direct sunlight and outdoor conditions before recoating of the top coat would be required. When used in indoor or covered applications outdoors, the SE 7.6.110 coating should last for a year or more. Other formulas are being added to our product line that can provide years of useful life before any recoat is needed.

Josh, this looks interesting however if you watch the website's video that they have on their website they say to avoid contact with "these" products and they show a picture of a Chlorox bleach bottle because it will break down this product. Were you able to talk with their sales reps about whether this would help repel or protect from corrosives. Where they say its anti-corrosive the narrative explains that this product is anti-corrosive because it keeps water away from the material. Just don't want you to waste your money but I hope it actually works because it seems like a cool product that could still have many applications.
One of the main things this would be great for is the gas released from our solution. one down side to having a box truck is that all your equipment sits over night with no ventilation. The sales guys said this product would help protect the equipment from the chlorine gas. i never really get bleach on any of my equipment because the way i have it set up but the gas will eat everything over time. I plan to look into it more and do some test with boots and other tools. ill let you guys know how it turns out.
Nice...but look at their statement for outdoor use...not very long life in the sun
