We performed this house wash and roof cleaning on 2/25/2013. We Only used soft washing techniques. The siding is stucco so there was no pressure washing involved. We did however Power Wash the concrete using a surface cleaner. The results are night and day.

Update: this house sold in 1 month after we had cleaned it. I would say they made the right choice.
