Does anyone have a cradle skid mounted on a trailer? I have notice that everyone has them mounted in their trucks. Does anyone have pros or cons to mounting on a trailer, or is it possible to do so. I have been throwing around the idea of placing an order for one but would like to mount it to a trailer if possible. The main reason for this is because if I put it in my truck it will be to tall to fit in my garage with the ladder rack on it. How much does the skid weigh?

AC, could you chime in on this topic please!!!.Lol. I know truck mounting is the way to go but my problem is my garage door isn't high enough to fit my truck in with a ladder rack on it. I also only have one truck and I use it for other things in the summer so I can't have something mounted in it all the time. I have a 5 x 10 trailer already, would I be able to just buy the skid and not the trailer?

Our ladder rack is telescoping and / or removable for night parking in a garage or even if your headed to the mall or air port and need some extra clearance.

Fair price as is, but wonder how paint will hold up with the bleach.
Bleach wash is only at the end of the day, right?
How much would it cost to HotSpray it (whatever you call that process)?
