I charge $1.00 per linear foot single story and $1.25 for 2 story.

$1 per linear 1 story. $1.75 for 2 stories. I use the old scrub technique supposedly I am an novice but its the only way I know.

Sometimes my roof mix will do the job and much easier. When it doesn't I bring out mu gutter cleaning rig and a long painters pole for scrubbing. I will post pics ASAP
