I thought we had been doing soft wash the right way for the past couple of years, took the Lead Tech module and man was I wrong. Now we are on the right track.

I just finished the Lead Tech Module. It was outstanding! I couldn't ask for anything better as it exceeded my expectations. The module was very detailed and positive. I couldn't ask for a better way to help train my Lead Technicians. Thanks AC.

On a side note, how do I access the modules that don't have a link attached to them on this page http://softwashsystems.com/page_SoftWash-Certifications.htm ? Examples - Asst Tech Daily Duties, Soft Wash Surface Spaying Techniques, etc.

The biggest thing for me was that I was surprised of how much information that I didn't know that I didn't know! In most cases someone that has the will to start up their own business they are head strong. That same will can also be the same reason their business doesn't thrive or even survive at all. When you can humble yourself enough to allow softwash systems and AC to help your business grow and be willing to accept the fact that you don't know everything there is to know you will be successful.

So I guess I have gone a little too far with this but just how I feel. And the lead tech program is just the beginning guys. I figure I was just one of the lucky ones to figure out that I needed AC's help and asked for it. We'll see ya in April for our wilderness excursion. All my guys are looking forward to it.
