We will be running an airport shuttle 4 times on Wednesday and if needed Thursday morn. I need you to sound off and list your,

1. Day coming in.
2. Time coming in.
3. Airline.
4. Flight Number.

We will pick a door number on the bagage claim level of Orlando International for picki-ups and run the shuttle every two hours Wednesday.  I need your info so we can see when the bulk of the flights are coming in. Please post that info here.

There will be a slight charge for the service. The shuttle is costing us $90.00 each run but that is cheaper than renting a van or taking a taxi. If we pick up groups at a time we can keep

Hello All,
 
This is all that we had communicate their airline arrivals. Of 70 attendees we had 17. I have grouped you according to arrival. If you are getting a ride with Tim Teed please call him on his cell early in the morning. He is willing to give a few that land about his same time a ride. It will take several minutes for him to get his rental car so please be patient. You will need to meet him on the B Terminal side of OIA at the US Air door. I believe it is door 25 all the way at the end of the arriving flights doors. All shuttle rides wilkl meet at that door as well. I have added approximate times of pick up as well.
 
If you didn't make this list but need a ride please see the times to the far right of the table. There was a poor response to this thread so making this a smooth process didn't work. If you miss a shuttle then you will need to rent a car or take a taxi.

Its about a 30 mile trip and about 30 minutes.
 
BBQ starts at 6:00 PM Wednesday eve. Onsite check-in starts at Noon tomorrow.
 
Again because there was a poor response to the airport arrivial thread I can not guarantee you a ride if you are not on this list. Try to hook up with someone on this list to get a ride or wait for one of the three shuttle runs. Softwashapolooza will be on the vehicle window in white shoe polish.
