A pending demonstration this coming saturday prompted a survey of the clients property. The property is large with as many as thirty buildings for potential cleaing. We walked and measured out the cabins , centrally located on the property. Surrounding them are a pool house, a stand alone coffee shop and I believe seven house sized structures facing the beautiful lake for ALL neighbors and visitors to see. Of course that side  can be seen from at least a mile away from a boat. I can reach everything with my ladder except the side of the lake front houses, on the lake side. We drove around the lake to see what everyone else sees. The GM on those roofs looks like someone took a quart of paint and dumped it on a picasso. It truely is a postcard-esq view if you softwash the roofs.

Building my system a piece at a time, the heigth of these particular structures makes them a deal breaker without fall protection, UNLESS it is feasable to shoot that side from the apex ( standing on the safe side). I plan to upgrade my pump to a 5 gpm pending inking the deal. I'm currently at 2gpm.

Will more gpm give me more reach from my wand?

John,

A 5gpm pump should give you more reach than the 2gpm in your existing

setup. If you change hose dia, hose length, tips etc. you could loose the advantage

of getting more reach. I am tied up all day and this evening, but I can help

tommorrow night if you want to call me. (803) 956-9274.

I would still use fall protection. I use the following:

- Mammut Gravity superDRY 10.2mm x 60m Dry Rope

- Petzl Ascension Ascender

Good luck on this project.

   Chris
