All SoftWash Systems customers, PLEASE carefully inspect your shipped products for missing parts, damages and such before accepting the shipment. That way if there is an issue you can make a claim against the freight company for those lost or damaged parts.

SoftWash Systems can only replace parts per their 6 month warranty on our spraying systems for parts that are defective and / or fail prematurely.
