   I Have been using one of my Pentaflex pumps for about 4 months now.

I am taking it out of my setup for chem application, and reinstalling my

beloved Delavan 5850. Too much chemical application and waste for me 

with the Pentaflex.

   During my change over, I decided to install an electrical distribution block.

It is capable of 40A, but I installed a 30A main fuse, just cause I like to play it safe.

Here are some pics:

Pic 1 - Block installed. I run my 5850 on a 15 amp fuse as this pump is rated at 13amps max

           Notice: I have 2, 15 amp fuses installed side by side. If one blows all I have to do

           is unplug the pump and plug it in to the next spot. Pentaflex uses 25 Amp Fuse.

Pic 2 - Pentaflex will be plumbed for Water Rinsing only (drawing from a Buffer/Float tank)

Pic 3 - My Hi Flow pump is used exclusively for Pure SH transfers (It is plumbed w/ 3 way ball valves)

Pic 4 - The 5850 running w #30 tip 0deg. It is running at 104.5 watts, Drawing 8.91 Amps, and pulling 11.73 Volts

Pic 5 - The 5850 pulled 17.68 Maximum Amps at start up

Pic 6 - The 5850 used .3 Ah out of my 125 Ah battery ( I ran 10 Gal. of water through it)

Pic 7 - The Pentaflex running dry not even plumbed is running at 40.6 watts, Drawing 3.38 Amps, and pulling 12.04 Volts

Pic 8 - The Pentaflex Pulled a Maximum of 8.63 Amps at start up (Dry)

i like it but way to overboard especially for employees. The will find a way to break it. Ill stick with the old fashion connectors and switches.
