We prepared this deck by two stepping for a coat of stain and seal. We only used 200 psi to clean this deck. There was no furring or splintering of the wood. Also we did not use a bleach product on this deck.

Sodium hydroxide and ox acid. Not together. And a 4015 tip putting out about 200 psi. The gray and mold were comming off real easy with a little bit of pressure and the ox was applied to brighten the wood.
