Looking for some input to get the most from our new system. Couple of things that I'm trying to do to incorporate the system into our common practices.
1. When we are cleaning a roof, is there anyway maxmize pressure to the hose real and cheat the the return line back to the batch tank?
2. Is there a way to rinse the pump and hose line without sending the residual to the batch tank?
3. what about modifications? I would love to run a line from our 'one of a kind' water tank to the pentaflex so that we could use it for rinsing on a house wash OR injecting bleach wash.
Answer to questions 1 and 2 is to crank down on the throttle valve. If you want more love on the roof you can go from the half inch jose to 5/8. This will allow you to send more to the roof all the time. However for short uses of max love you can get away with the 1/2 id hose.
On the buffer tank id add another banjo choice valve. We sell those with the brackets. Send hose from that back to the multi tap.
Also look into this pump from Granger for hooking up to your buffer tank for rinsing. Its the one Ray with Spray Wash uses. (attached) Your new buffer tank was designed to hold up to a belt driven pressure washer atop or down to one of these water excelloration pumps.
