Just a note for clarification on shipping protocols. There has been some confusion on this in the last couple months.
ALL SoftWash Systems products will be quoted for shipping according to these assumptions unless you state otherwise CLEARLY on your PO.
1. Product is being shipped to a residential address.
2. A call must be made to schedule delivery. 3. Lift gate service is needed for larger size / weight orders. (there is no dock or fork lift) 4. Standard ground or freight at lowest cost.
Most of our products will ship the day after we receive your PO. If orders come in before 12:00 pm eastern they MAY ship same day. Please estimate 5 business days for shipping. Weekend days do not count. An order placed on Wednesday afternoon may or may not show up to the customer on Monday, however it should by Wednesday.
I will also post this on the Soft Wash Community so that our customers also know this expectation.

You might want to mention that you have strategically selected a shipping hub centralized in the country for best shipping prices and times for your clients. Just a thought?
