All of my SoftWash Systems chemicals are TOTALLY phosphate free!!!!!! They are 100% legal to allow into the water. In fact I am considering releasing a line of biodegradable boat care soaps and such. I use the bleach wash to rinse down my boats. BLEACH can not be sprayed into the water. You must control and recover any bleach that is used around the water.
