Surface Cleaning according to Climate

Hay guys, i have a tricky question:

In trinidad we just have two climates....WET & DRY.

I may be getting a contract for a stadium and i am wondering when is the reccomend time to get the better results. results meaning the lenght of time before the mold comes back. should i spray before or after the rainy season...I am planing to spray at least once a year(or is that too often?) Which spraying period would be most effective against their return?

Laurie,

We cleaned many stadiums, Alltel, UNC, UF, FSU, Citrus Bowl, City of Palms, Sarasotas Spring training facility. There are good reasons to soft wash during rainy season. Biggest being mass rinsing before attendees putting their buts in possibly bleach tainted seats. If your treating yearly (which is what we did) the stadium will stay mildew free.

About that scheduling.....In the marketing it says that surfaces stay clean for three to five yrs...,does this just apply to shingle roofs? What i am trying to understand is that if they normally have to pressure wash twice for the year and i ofter softwash once a year at a price 30% percent more than pw, then what's the point in them giving me the job. I was selling it on the fact that it last 4 too 5 times longer...
I am confused.
