Thans Guys. I am looking for some suggestions on a ladder rack that I don't have to climb around when I need to get in the truck bed.

Any ideas on a right side mounted system that would eminate the crossover bars?

 Look for the ladder rack called "the weekender". It is intalled on one side of the truck only.

Paul, i saw yours in a pic from bill.. Do you have any other designs?

I was kinda looking at a skid type.

I just found this and wanted to respond.

I have not found it to be a problem.  I installed the hose reel roller guide on my titan reel when I bought it.  That seems to help, but the biggest thing we do is pull out enough hose that it hangs loose right behind the truck on the ground. I always lock my reel pin so no tension is ever put on the coupler on the reel.

I am starting a bit of a redesign today, so I will let you know what my thoughts are later.

I am going to take the 100 gallon tank off the truck and replace it with another 50 and mount them side by side at the front of the bed so we can have more room.

 

Sure will guys, but not tonight. We relocated our tanks to the front of the bed and then slid our rolling box/hose reel to the left. That makes access to the plumbing much easier as well as easy to reach mixing tank over the side of the bed. We attached our accumulator tank to the back of the box so it is out of the way.

We used the new system today, and like it alot. We did roof cleaning on a large detached garage and the two story house, and then mixed up a batch of house wash and treated the whole house. The accumulator tank makes a huge difference when we just barely pull the wand trigger to feather in the edges of a roof. No protesting from the 12v motors.

If you have not adapted to the new banjo cam locks from powerwashstore.com-- stop reading and call right now! They are truly the best modification on our system to date.

The fight with rusting metal quick connectors is over forever!

Maybe I am to last person to hear about these, but you owe it to yourself to call Bill or Paul and discuss this modification for sure.

I have a couple pictures to post on our modifications and then this weekend I will shoot a quick video showing the process for those interested in a sliding system that we really like to use.

The banjo clamps instead of metal quick connects is one of the best things we have done to our system. I could not tolerate the hook up problems any longer.  We tried all the goops suggested and still grrr!!!!!   Not anymore.

We also installed the new accumulator tank on our box and what a difference that makes in applying chemical with a gentle touch when needed.

We now can apply with tremendous control so our customers can rest assured "we will treat their home like a baby!"

Looking good. You need to buff that diamond plate though the bleach is making it look rough.
