I did this Kingwood Texas Roof Cleaning Demo today for a customer that we were performing our gutter cleaning service for.  I had previously discussed her getting the Roof Cleaned, but she wanted to think it over.  While doing the Gutter Cleaning I texted her this pic, she immediately texted back and placed the order.  

More and More Kingwood Texas homeowners are realizing the value of having there roof cleaned without the use of Pressure Washer. Once they understand how we perform our cleaning, with very little pressure,

Doug, how could any homeowner still say no to that after seeing the transformation of just the demo. The hardest thing we roof cleaners have to do is educate the homeowner. But, seeing is believing. Keep up the great work in Texas.

You should start doing them right in the front of the house so everyone will see it.

Can somebody expain in a little detail how they demo for a softwash job. (for us newbies)

Tim,

Never do a demo with a pump up sprayer. It dumbs down what we all do. Always use your system and demonstrait all of the features of the soft wash mindset. Then with a zero tip clean a secion of the roof from the ground as the customer watches. Make sure the demo is small and isnr over susceptable vegitation.

 I always do it on in the back, in an inconspicuous, small roof area if possible.  I never want the customer to feel PRESSURED now that I have left a clean spot right on the front of there house.

 SUPRISE SUPRISE SUPRISE..this demo was done with a Pump Up.  Course she wasnt home.
