AC; thanks for adding the hyperlink. That was my first roof cleaning using only SoftWash Systems products. The Green Wash worked as expected (I had already seen a live demo) and the Plant and Bleach Wash gave me some piece of mind. The after pictures were taken the day after we finished the job because it was already dark when we rolled-up, and the plants and vegitation around the house looked great.

Cleaning a roof using these products was a pleasure compared to my old method or chem application and rinsing with a pressure washer, hose, and wand , which after a while, discouraged me from accepting roof jobs at any price.

Doug, Ray; thanks! As you guys know, there are a lot of low pitch, walkable roofs here in NW FL just like the one in the pictures, and from what I can tell, a huge percentage of them are infected with GM.

The HO was about to replace that 6 year old roof when he heard about Pelican Exterior Cleaning, Inc. and he'd already gotten estimates in the $10,000 range. He was so happy with the soft wash roof cleaning that he wants us to ccome back and clean the house, garage and roof, and all his concrete.
