Spray Wash Exterior Cleaning has completed phase 1 of the cleaning projects at Southern Medical Group adjoining the campus of Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. At over 1,800,000 square feet, this is the area's largest regional medical facility. 

The Dyrvit exterior of this structure is a challenge to clean. Too much pressure will damage the finish and causes severe water intrusion. Too little pressure yields unsatisfactory cleaning results. 

Traffic control, hose management, and public safety are key issues when dealing with a structure of this size and purpose. The highly trained Spray Wash technicians handled this job with expert precision, no interruption of commerce, and perfect results.

I plan to invest lotsmof time on getting the proper after picture. Very limited time to have good lighting on this project going into the winter months. Need a perfect combination of a sunny day and shadow angle.
Oh, and no traffic in the circle...
