Here is another chemical I used over the years to make SH bleaching action work below 42 degrees. I have taught this to soft wash pros throughout the country and I have decided to make this available to Soft Wash Community members.
This powdered chemical can be added to a fully mixed tank while the tank is being agitated. In a 100 gallon tank it will only take about 8 oz to make this happen. This product is a catalyst and starts the oxidizing reaction in the tank BEFORE it gets to the roof. Traditionally the oxidizing reaction only happens once the SH comes in contact with organic material.
This means that your roof or exterior mix will be bumpin and grinding before it leaves the spray gun. No need to heat your water etc.
Like any other concentrated product there is the danger of explosion and or gas release. Use this product at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not had it tested to see if it releases chloramines or halothormes. Use a respirator. Be carefull. This is not a SoftWash Systems product and was not designed to use with our products. However it is a cool little trick to fool old man winter.
AC- Would that be similar to putting OXy CLean, or a precarbonate in your roof mix? I'd assume this would kill the 'shelf-life of the mixture in the tank, but would certainly solve the problem of not being able to use it in the cold!!!! Thanks for sharing your ideas!

Yes this will burn the load. You would need to make only what you need to use and NO MORE.
We did change the formulation a hair this last time because the market wanted a stable product that wouldnt burn up the bleach. It does bleach better at a lower solution. The Green Wash. However using the Fresh and Clear will really kick it in the butt when cleaning in the winter.
