This roof was obtained by a referral from United Roofing Company, recommending the customer to clean their roof and not replace it.

This roof was never cleaned, neglected for over 20 years, and was one of the more challenging jobs I have encountered.  It required 3 coats to restore the original color of the shingles and consumed 80 gallons of chemicals.

As long as the shingles are intact, holding up well, and have sufficient granules, they can be cleaned and restored to look brand new.

Saving the customers $$ THOUSANDS $$ of DOLLARS.

is about 1/10 the cost of a newly replaced roof !!
