Sticky Topic STICKY: New SoftWash Systems WFP Gun Released

(Preview)
Hey Y'all, Just wanted to share that we have redesigned the Water Fed Pole Gun to meet production demand. The old ones were somewhat archaic and rude in form just being two sections of pipe welded to each other. They were not good looking at all. We have started using a new fabricator and that new fabrica...

No New Posts Gutter cane concerns?

(Preview)
The gutter cane sounds great, but I'm wondering if anyone has had issues with gutters that have the old "spike & furrel" type of mounting which always seem to be loose to begin with when you arrive.  Seems the gutter cane would be fine with the screw-in type of mounting brackets, but whe...

No New Posts Ladder Safety

(Preview)
Ladder safety is something we discuss on a regular basis at my company. We have two main rules; no climbing on a roof if you are by yourself, and always make certain the feet are firmly planted. We have had no accidents of any kind in 14 years, and our first ladder related accident was just last Wed. And it w...

No New Posts Water Fed Poles

(Preview)
I've finally got a job where I need to purchase a water fed pole for the extended reach. There is a thread that went around back in February but thought I would start a newer one in hopes there is some more updated info. A lot of the old post was about entry poles and the cost. I'm not so much concerned with the...

No New Posts Repairing leaks in roof / holes from roof anchor

(Preview)
I was hoping that someone can tell me the product that they use to repair / fill-in the holes from attaching a roof anchor.  My sister has a slight leak on her metal roof, and I thought that she could use that adhesive / caulk to repair the leak. Thanks,

No New Posts SoftWash Systems Fall Positioning System (The Ropes Kit)

No New Posts Ladder Stabilizer

(Preview)
You can go cheap and take your chances with a hardware store ladder stabilizer or use the ladder stabilizer that AC built.  His is not flimsy, it is much beefier and stronger.  For roofs the stability of the stabilizer can not be beat.  There is no flipping of the ladder.  The only problem I have had wit...

No New Posts Mounting Ladder Stabilizer

(Preview)
AC, The predrilled holes are much wider than my standard ladder. Was it designed for a wider ladder or were the predrilled holes just to hold the U-bolts while shipping. Also, are you mounting it to the rungs or side rails?   Thanks Gregg

No New Posts Typical Ladder Stabilizer

(Preview)
This is what happens to a typical $35.00 ladder stabilizer you get from Home Depot or Lowes. The dissimular metal corrosion from the U bolts coming in direct contact with the aluminum stabilizer eat through and weaken the stabilizer bar until it cracks or bends. See pix. AC

No New Posts where did you get that hand brake

(Preview)
Hey AC where did you buy that hand brake we were using at the poluza where we had the 200 ft rope going through it which was 1/2 inch i think. I have been looking everywhere and no one has that specific one. Do you offer it anywhere on your site?

No New Posts Gutter Flooder

AC, where can we purchase the gutter tool I heard Scott talking about that attaches to the gutter and floods it with water diluting the mix as it runs off. Or is that something we put together ourselves.
