Can 2 techs run one skid simultaneously?

Hi Gang,

Currently I am operating a 4gpm Machine and downstreaming 5 gallon buckets, old school I know. Working on certification and SoftWash Systems TM training before rushing into investments. I would like to have capability of two technicians running simultaneously ie. One soaping and another rinsing . 4gpm still used for surface cleaner. Is that possible off of the 50 Blend System? It is not in the budget to change vehicles at the moment. Currently I own a 350 Ford standard size van of which I also run window cleaning and gutter cleaning operation. Window cleaning requires little space. I do have a SkyVac and generator that goes in as needed due to space requirements. I have a DI  tank as RO is unnecessary with my TDI. I will have to send photos of interior of van as I would love the imput on design potential for fitting window cleaning and house washing into one van as a starter. Things will grow over time and working with what is available. For clarity, What is beginner setup for two technicians running simultaneously? Is anyone on the forum running all three sevices out of one work vehicle? I appreciate your patience with what may be basic questions to many. I am humble and willing to learn. This is why I have come to this community. Much success to all.

Hey Mike

I have the Blend 50 & Bulk Rinse Module, one tech rinses while the other tech applies mix. With the Blend and Bulk Rinse you only need one hose to plug into the system to work. Without the Bulk Rinse you would need to have another hose for rinsing or you can used your pressure washer of course.

I also do window cleaning & it is a challenge fitting in all the equipment lol, I have a Tundra with a 8ft bed.

Michael,

Yes.  One of the benefits of the SWS cradle skid system is that it is modular.  IF you start with the full length skid, but only the blend module, you could rinse with the garden hose.  Or add the bulk rinse module (well worth the money).  There is a pure water module as well, that includes the capability of making pure water (ro/di filters) and plumbed with the hose reel/hose and pump to apply the water.
