I have a potential gig, it's an amazing custom built home with a Copper roof. I am interested in taking on this project but see potential liability.
The home owner is interested in a full property detailing, roof, solar, gutters, house walls, windows, rock walls, red brick and concrete flat work.
My concern is the copper. I did search and read all available posts about copper.
How do I know if it is Copper or Lead Coated Copper? I will do more google research in the meantime. I would also perform a test to see how it reacts.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Also, customer wants to paint home immediately after cleaning, I just re posted a topic asking about soft washing in prep for painting, I am eager to hear input for that topic as well.
