Roof anchor question

I have a question about permanent roof anchors that I'd like some input on.  How many of you put in permanent roof anchors that you leave behind after the job is complete?  Do you have any concerns that someone could come along and use those roof anchors 5 years down the road and if something happened, could you be held liable as the installer if there was an issue with the installation and someone fell?

On the anchors they come with some type of a disclaimer about prior to use to verify integrity of the install. You could easily add a disclaimer to your agreement similar to the manufacturer.
