Gary

roof looks ok. Just might need to go back and make sure those clumps of moss turn completely white. I still see green on hem and that could be an issue. They are like sponges and need to coated thoroughly.

I have to chime in and agree with John. Some of the moss in the photos has turned the required off-white color indicating it is dead, but there is still plenty of moss that has not turned at all. Charge extra for heavily laden moss roofs because it will take multiple coats to adequately saturate them all equating to more time and more product/runoff to get them all to turn white...they like to drink up the mix.

thank you john and troy !

i should have sent the photos i took at the end of the job. ill attach them now. please let me know what you think. however, i went back to the home to see how things were looking. All the moss looked white. it hasnt rained here yet so im still patiently waiting to see the final result. the roof did look clean with exception of the dead moss.

Much better, and a gorgeous home to clean! Those metal valleys are like acceleration lanes for runoff though. :0)

Hi Gary - you need to use a little more solution and thoroughly coat the moss. There are some areas where I'm seeing some green still, even in the last photo set. Here's a couple pictures of what a 100% kill ratio looks like. I deal with the same kind of moss as you being up here in the NW. You will also need to set expectations with your customers that it will take 3-6 months to weather off the roof.
