Now in our 27th year, Water Dragon is southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois' leading exterior cleaning contractor.  We were recently contacted by a demolition contractor for a unique project.  The demolition company recently took down a high-rise apartment building in Madison, Wisconsin.  As a result, the McDonald's restaurant next door was covered in concrete dust, especially the metal roof.  The dust had been rained on and allowed to dry several times, reactivating the concrete and adhering it to the roof and structure.  Another pressure washing contractor had tried and failed to complete the job, they eventually just "disappeared" and left the job incomplete.

A combination of SoftWashing and traditional, commercial hot water pressure washing was used, along with an application-specific concrete removal chemical.  This biodegradable, non-acidic product will not etch paint, glass, or other exterior finishes, and was applied with our exclusive low-pressure cleaning system.  A hot water pressure washer was then needed to remove the residue from the roof.  Only SoftWashing was needed on the rest of the building exterior.  Please see the attached photos for the fantastic results.
