I am about to bid on one condo in a large complex and I am hoping to get them all. I am still one batching at this point and this condo has several different surfaces. Painted wood trim, slate floors and this fake cedar shingle siding that I haven't dealt with before. They have a stained wood ceiling over the deck. The main problem is the hundreds of spider webs and sacks all over the place. I assume I need to add in a good dose of Terra wash to the mix to get those and I think I will still have to brush a lot of it. Someone just pressure washed one of the lower level condos and it looks good but my customer wanted to try soft wash. I would love some advice on how you would go about cleaning this. Thanks, Greg
I would make a very weak SH mixture in a pump sprayer - about a gallon. I would ad 2 ounces terra wash. Do a test spot. Keep bumping up with terra wash as needed to get proper striength. I might even use a pump or small battery sprayer to spot treat the spider sacks. you may have to soft brush the sacks. Don't forget to quote cleaning window exterior with Water Fed Pole. The demo will make the sale.
Thanks Tim. I did demo the window cleaning and I got the Job. Greg
Awesome Greg! This is a great foot in the door for you! Remember, property managers all drink at the same well. Sell one on your value, and he'll help you sell to the others.
