Vesta Wash recently cleaned vinyl siding, balconies, DuraDek Vinyl Decking, and clean rust at a  294 unit community in Wilmington Delaware without using a pressure washer, power washer or lifts.  The fronts were easily accessible, but the ends were as high as 50' and on some portions were were unable to access the 3rd story balconies using our 40' ladder.  DuraDek recommends cleaning their vinyl deck material 4 times per year, but many had never been cleaned and were black.  Our client was concerned about using a pressure washer and we showed the benefits using a 5-Star applicator with SoftWash Systems.  During our initial consultation I asked what about the rust on the vinyl siding around the chimneys.  They said they had replaced the chimney caps and that next they would replace the vinyl siding.  We offered our proposal to clean the rust and it turned out very well.  We cleaned rust from around 22 chimneys and probably saved them at least $22,000 plus the inconvenience for the homeowners.  This is a self managed HOA that cleaned in past using a pressure washer and their own in house maintenance staff.  They had accessed the balconies by climbing over the roof, lowering a ladder. Very unsafe.  We will next be offering gutter cleaning and roof cleaning.
