Looking for TLC after care for hydrangeas.  Have a customer whose 20 year old hydrangeas were right in the drip line and the leaves are brown and curled.  How much gypsum/fertilizer to administer?  Any other rescue tips? 

Help much appreciated.

They are very succulent. They burn easy. You need to prune away the dead leaves.
