This is a small industrial project we did recently for Albertson's Distrubution Center. About 40,000 sq. ft of metal insulated panels in about a day and a half. Because this exterior was soon to become an interior wall due to an upcoming expansion, they specifically wanted SoftWashing to be performed so the panels would be sanitized and disinfected at the same time. We did a small demo on one of the panels to prove it's effectiveness, then we were shortly issued a PO for the whole wall.

Another main reason why they did not want power washing or pressure washing to be used, was fear of the painted surface coming off with too high of pressure. It suffered years of neglect and had large areas of rust underneath that we were effectively able to remove with our rust removal process.

They are so thrilled with the project's outcome, they are having us quote to clean the remaining 300,000 sq. ft of wall surfaces.
