Brandon Vaughn created this map of how many leads we took and where these leads are. Remember these are not communities. These are individuals that have between 5 - 7 properties each (Regional Property Managers) and / or Portfolio Managers who have upwards of 50 to 100 properties within their perview and authority to stear work directly to us. THIS IS HUGE AND EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR!

This was an insanely awesome show. It brought to focus just how powerful our network of SWS companies can be. During conversation with most of these leads, they would mention that they oversee several thousand units of apartment complexes.

This lead map represents literally millions of dollars worth of business...

A note - notice how there are no dots in Oregon. Yet several of the leads that show up on the map in California and in Washington, oversee hundreds properties in Oregon. I just got a call today from an apartment complex that resulted from this tradeshow. The regional manager forwarded my contact info to his portfolio manager in Portland.

Great work guys!! Looks like you were all very busy. How will each investor be notified of a lead in his/her area? Monster Wash should be running full speed ahead in approx. 15 days. We have had great response so far to the Soft washing idea here in the Greater Knoxville area. We have a very large marketing campaign that we will begin also around the 29th. July. Wish everyone great success!

Brandon, the map is so awesome. We really did talk to a lot of powerful people! We are doing a demo on vinyl siding restoration next week with a property owner I met at the show.

They have 29 buildings, all 3 story and all vinyl. He has budgeted for replacement and was blown away when he found out we can restore using Oxy Wash.

And oh by the way, all 29 buildings need new roofs! JACKPOT!!
