Hey guys and girls my name is danny I'm new to softwash system. .working on my first estimate..my question is how do I charge the home owner .this home needs everything. .house,2 small decks,cleaning the gutters out,a long sidewalk and a stone wall.. the house is aluminum white. ..and from over the years ran on to the stone wall..and nd a large back slate patio. ..any advice would be great full. .thanks danny from D&C Power Washing. .

Price depends where you are located. Up north we only work 8 months so we have to charge more than the year round guys in Florida. Set expectations. Also need more info on how big the house is and overall condition. I don't like cleaning aluminum siding. You usually start with dirty faded aluminum, clean it and then you have clean faded aluminum. Its a pain if it is oxidized, if it is too oxidized I tell them to get it painted. Fill out your bio.
