Hey wanted to share, We have been getting slower as the cold weather is hitting. So I cleared off the board and had a sales team meeting. I got our territory reps to give me good places to start going after, Our game plan, goals, what I expect, I felt like our team was getting discouraged and needed a boost up. Well we will be having Goal meetings every morning and hitting it hard from hear on out. I'll let you know how it goes.
Hey Pat can you still work effectively? I saw some pretty cool temperature in SC welcome to my world. We hit the high twenties last night not supposed to see anything over 47 for next 10 days. Maybe you could conference call me in to motivate me a little.
only kidding I love your motivation hopefully it will get a warm snap , it is hard to get excited to spray any liquid in the cold. Keep up the awesome work.
Up here in the cold north (Michigan) we are done, the snow has hit and is staying around. Temps next week forecasted to be in the 20-30's, thats the highs for the day. Went from 55 last Monday to 6 inches of snow on Tuesday and it's been snowing every day since.
We are done here in southern Wisconsin, too. -1 with wind chill right now. I just finished winterizing and putting away all of my equipment. I have one rig reconfigured for the occasional deicing jobs we get in the winter. I'm taking a week off, then time for a goals meeting. The good news is I have about a half dozen bigger commercial jobs committed for the spring already. I usually hit up my cities, universities, school districts, and hospital customers in the late fall and early winter because it's budget time.
