Pat came to our house the day I first made contact to see what we needed and to give us a price. We have a tile roof which had never been cleaned and which had become black with mildew over many years and which our tile roofing company had told us could not be cleaned.  We knew that we could not have anyone walk on the tile, nor could they use a pressure spray, so we were doubtful  that there was a solution, but Pat and his men from Precision Pro Wash  assured us they could clean the tile with no harm. They came this morning, just days after our first contact, arrived right on time, and did a magnificent job. Our roof looks as if it were new rather than more than 60 years old, the men were careful not to damage anything in the process, and we are already getting calls  from friends and neighbors who can see the difference just driving down the street. We could not be more pleased.
