Hey guys, I new it was only matter of time until I tackled one of these beauties. How would you guys approach and finish this roof. Thoughts. Here are some before and after pics. I am letting mother nature take it from here.  I even Softwashed there family picnic table as a good gesture.

That looks exactly how it should, I would tell them wait 6 months for all of it to come off, they will notice it getting better with every rainfall. Trim back some trees will help some of it wash off quicker and also help keep it clean longer.

Shaun.
Looks like you did an awesome job, go back in about 4 weeks and take a look and you will be amazed at the difference you will see ( especially if we keep getting the large amount rain fall)

I agree with Danny. Tell them it takes about 6 months for moss to weather off. Here up in the NW, our nuclear moss can take up to 12 months to weather off!!

If it's less time, you'll look like a hero.

It will look better over time, but it looks like you got the kill ratio we look for.
