Are they large black stains under the eves? I recently did a job with T11 and the brown at the bottom won't come off. Clean it up and paint it.

They're not black stains it's just a cabin that is stained. The client wants me to pressure wash the cabin with water only and doesn't want me to put chemicals on the house, but I'm not going to pressure. And with the hardy plank I tried a half percent mixture and it didn't do anything to the brown stains. I'm not familiar with T11 can you explain.
Thanks.

Be really careful, the finish will come off easily and be altered with bleach at times. Tread Lightly.

I live in a log home and have cleaned it every year for the last 11 years. Start off with a 3/4 percent mix, about 3.5 gallons of SH in a 50 gallon tank. That should clean it fine. Spray from the bottom up, or you could cause run/streak lines in the stain. You wil need to rinse it at least twice, preferably three or four times with water. Call me with any questions.

the Harding plank siding I might need a 2% mix. We did one last year that had to be hit twice with a 2% mix. It is a concrete base and should have a pretty hearty factor gel coat stain on it, so you will be fine.

T111 is the old wood siding, that looks like shed siding. It is usually painted or stained and is kind of an exterior paneling. Just google it for a pic.

Awesome, thanks John that great news, I just got hooked up with the most successful realtor where I live and the majority of them are log homes. I haven't even had time to go find my own jobs because he is keeping me busy.

We usually use a 1.5-2% mix and rinse well.
