How to Use Rain Fresh

Wondering how to use Rain Fresh and how much.  Pour it in the tank?  Mist it on after?  How far will a gallon go?  Picking some up Monday for a house that is for sale and don't want the smell lingering if they have showings.

Chad,

It is very strong and more or stronger doesn't necessarily cover the smell more. Just 4 ounces does a whole 50 gallon tank. I like to keep a pump sprayer loaded up for applications around doors and Windows.
