I recently learned, by one of the awesome people on this BB, that I might just be putting too much mix on the roof and not allowing the oxygen in the air to do it's job.

I've also read a bit about Pixie Dust and believe it helps to oxygenate your mix. Can we discuss who uses PD and how often, is it only being used during cold weather, does it eat up your equipment, is it neutralized with BW, does it give you super powers..........?

We use it when it is cold. My guys says it helps for sure. They use about a cup full for 50 gallons depending on how cold it is. I have not investigated to see if there are any damaging effects to the equipment. Everything seems to work fine. I get large 50 lb buckets of individual bags from Leslie pool. Called fresh and clear. It will weaken your mix so i tell my guys not to over mix when using this product.

We use it for days below 40 degrees. Never on other days because it will eat up your mix and just adds another thing to do.
