I was watching Zach's awesome new video and noticed only one ground guy. I've been using two guys but felt two was a bit of overkill at times. Sometimes though I think one is just not enough. We have some odd shaped houses here and the roof lines can get pretty cut up sending mix different directions.
So my question is....how many people are on each of your crews? Do you have one tech and one ground guy or do you use two ground guys....
I have 7 techs on three trucks ....... so if one calls out its 6 techs on three trucks and i dont have to work.... but i only think you need two for residential jobs but for commercial jobs you may need three if you are in a populated place. We do just fine with the 2 no problem
