So we got a call from a local real estate agent in regards to a roof cleaning.  In talking to him i found out that the house was his parents, he was the selling agent and he has been trying to sell the house for 2yrs.  He only had a few interest in the house due to the appearance and asking price so he called us to come out and clean the roof.  We ended up contracting the roof and decided to clean the house for FREE to show him what we can do.  As you can see below we made a HUGE difference and a week after the cleaning they signed a contract for the asking price.  We have setup a presentation next month for the real estate company which has 2 offices and 22 agents in our county.....fingers crossed everything goes well.

Everyone is more than welcome to use the pics....I always have my customers sign off on a photo/video release form on really bad jobs with great before and afters.

Jesse and Doug the agent inquired about the concrete work after seeing the roof/house. Gave him a price he liked it, scheduled it but backed out due to the signing of the house. I had no problem with it because we ended up cleaning his roof/house the next week and he has given me 3 residential jobs and 1 commercial building since then. When the closing is finished the agent will let them know to call me to transfer the roof warranty into there name and i will hit them up on the concrete.
