I had to return to this home today and the client was ecstatic. She mentioned how great the home looked and how it really made her front door stand out as needing to be replaced. It was rusting at the bottom and the dog had some heavy stains on it. So, although it wasn't part of our contract, we dug out the EBC and Barc and did a number on her door. Sure, it still needs to be replaced but at least it doesn't look like it does.
